Is there a free trial?
Yes. Recycle Master and Clone Master both come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. The Community license is free for life and includes the SharePoint Explorer, file/list-item version reset, and bulk content-type updates.
What's the difference between Recycle Master and Clone Master?
Recycle Master focuses on day-to-day SharePoint admin: searching the Recycling Bin, bulk restore, trimming file versions to save storage, and bulk replacement of text. Clone Master adds full migration: copy entire sites, lists, libraries, files, views, and metadata — including across SharePoint Online tenants.
Can I upgrade from Recycle Master to Clone Master later?
Yes. Contact us at any time during your subscription and we'll prorate the upgrade — you'll only pay the difference for the time remaining on your current licence.
How does licensing work? Is it per user or per installation?
Each licence is one activation. You can move it between machines (we deactivate the old one for you on request), but it can only be active on one machine at a time. Bulk and team licences are available — contact us for a quote.
Are subscriptions month-to-month or annual?
Subscriptions are 1-year or 2-year. The 2-year option is significantly discounted versus paying for two 1-year terms back to back.
Do prices include GST or VAT?
Prices listed are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are non-refundable. We offer a full 14-day free trial precisely so you can verify ShareMaster solves your problem before paying.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time from your account portal. Cancellation stops auto-renewal — your existing licence remains active until the end of the term you've already paid for.
Can ShareMaster migrate my data for me as a service?
Yes. We have over a decade of SharePoint migration experience and offer hands-on migration as a managed service. Get in touch via the contact page for a quote based on the size and complexity of your data.
Is my SharePoint data sent through your servers?
No. ShareMaster runs locally on a Windows machine. Your credentials and content go directly from your computer to your SharePoint tenant — they never touch our infrastructure.
