1. Purpose & Objectives
ShareMaster is a software application developed by DevPoint Pty Ltd to facilitate the migration of data between SharePoint Online sites, alongside offering advanced SharePoint management tools. It includes features such as an enhanced recycling bin to improve the searchability and retrieval of deleted items, aiming to streamline and strengthen SharePoint administration.
2. Scope
Included Features:
- Migration tool for transferring data between SharePoint Online sites
- Advanced recycling bin functionality
- Site management utilities
- Permission handling tools
- Reporting capabilities
- Space management features
Explicitly Excluded:
- SharePoint workflows
- Any versions of SharePoint that are not SharePoint Online
3. Deliverables
The ShareMaster software application, provided as a standalone product that operates without external assistance.
4. Stakeholders & Roles
- Owner: DevPoint Pty Ltd
- Clients: Organisations or individuals who purchase and download ShareMaster
- Developer: DevPoint Pty Ltd’s internal team (4 developers available as required)
- End Users: IT administrators, SharePoint managers, and general office staff
5. Timeline & Milestones
The project is live and operational. New features are developed and implemented on a rolling basis, typically reviewed every two weeks and added monthly if requested and approved. There is no guaranteed monthly feature release.
6. Budget & Resources
Development and maintenance are covered under DevPoint Pty Ltd’s ongoing operational budget. Up to 4 developers are available to work on ShareMaster as required, though not dedicated full-time.
7. Quality Standards & Compliance
ShareMaster does not hold specific certifications. No SharePoint data is transferred or stored by DevPoint; only mouse click analytics are transmitted to DevPoint for product improvement. No formal KPIs or service guarantees apply.
8. Review & Approval
The Product Manager at DevPoint Pty Ltd is responsible for reviewing, approving, and prioritising new feature requests and changes. All changes are managed through a two-week sprint process, where they are requested, reviewed, and approved.
This document replaces the previous End User License, Maintenance, and Support Agreement page. It serves as the official Terms of Reference for ShareMaster and should be used as the primary reference for the scope, responsibilities, and ongoing management of the software.
