The List Copy Settings feature encompassesprovides the following critical functionalities:functions:

1. Copy Views: ThisAllows function facilitatesfor the comprehensive replication of all views associated with a list or library.

2. Create Lookup Lists: When dealingworking with lists or libraries containing lookup columns, this function verifieschecks for the existence of the associated lookup list. If the lookup list isand absent,creates it isif created as needed.necessary.

3. Fill Lookup Lists: UponAfter the successful creation ofcreating a lookup list, this function efficiently imports all items from the source site to the destination site, ensuring data consistency before initiatingstarting the list import process.

4. Delete Destination List: In the process of creating theDuring list or library,library ancreation, essentiala check is performed to identify any pre-existing fields on the destination list that aredo not presentexist in the source. If such fields are found, they are systematically removed. ItCaution is essential to exercise cautionadvised when implementingperforming this operation, as it carries inherentrisks, risks.including Deletingpotential data loss. Deleted fields maycannot resultbe in the permanent loss of data stored in those fields within the destination site. Recoveryrecovered from the recycling bin will not be possible.bin.
